Programs · Homeless Outreach
Depression and homelessness are deeply connected. We show up for our unhoused neighbors with dignity, supplies, and community — because no one should fight alone.
Every outreach event is built on one principle: show up with dignity.
We distribute hygiene kits, socks, snacks, and essential supplies to people experiencing homelessness in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Volunteers assemble and distribute meal bags at each outreach event. Food is one of the most immediate needs — and sharing a meal is one of the most human acts of connection.
We provide mental health referral cards connecting people to local services, the 988 Lifeline, and community resources. We don't provide clinical services — we provide connection.

No. Tap Out Depression is a community awareness and outreach organization — not a shelter, housing provider, or social services agency. We provide care kits, meals, and community connection, and we encourage connections to professional services when appropriate.
