Join us as we serve our community
Tap Out Depression is hosting a community outreach event to serve our unhoused neighbors across the Inland Empire. We will be distributing care kits, meal bags, hygiene items, and providing mental health referral services. Every volunteer makes a direct impact — come give your time and help us fight the silent killer.
This event is part of our ongoing mission to use the discipline of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and community service to fight depression and mental health crises across the nation. No experience is needed — just a willing heart and a few hours of your time.
