Every child deserves access to the discipline, community, and mental resilience that BJJ builds. Your sponsorship puts an at-risk youth on the mat — and keeps them there.

Depression and mental health struggles often begin in adolescence. BJJ gives young people tools to fight back — but only if they can access it.
For at-risk youth, BJJ training provides structure, discipline, and a safe place to be after school. Your sponsorship keeps a child in the gym and out of harm's way.
BJJ teaches young people to manage stress, handle adversity, and develop a growth mindset. These skills protect against depression and anxiety throughout life.
Every sponsored youth is connected to coaches and community members who model healthy behavior, emotional regulation, and perseverance.
Sponsorships cover tournament fees, gear, and travel so that financial barriers never prevent a talented young athlete from competing and growing.
Your contribution is tax-deductible and goes directly to keeping young people in the gym, on the mat, and moving forward. No overhead, no bureaucracy — just impact.

Tap Out Depression partners with BJJ academies to identify at-risk youth who would benefit from training but cannot afford it. Donations fund their training fees, gear, and competition costs. Sponsors receive updates on program impact and may be recognized in our materials.
Sponsorship amounts vary based on the athlete's needs and program structure. Visit our Invest in the Mission page for current tier options, or contact us directly to discuss a custom sponsorship.
